A real-time run-of-show for live events. One shared, minute-by-minute plan your whole crew sees at once — and that a Show Caller runs live, cue by cue.
No sign-up. Edit cells, reorder rows, colour them, hit Go Live — it all just works.
Not just another rundown
The features that reach the moments other tools don’t.
Unique
Parallel Sessions
Running breakout tracks? Insert parallel sessions and each becomes a full rundown of its own — mirrored live on one anchor row, so you watch every room’s current cue and countdown at a glance. We haven’t seen this anywhere else.
Ready checks & live alerts
Map each operator to their column, then ask the whole crew “ready?” with one click — green and amber dots show who’s set and who’s holding. The moment someone edits a cell in your column, you get a live alert to confirm. No more guessing if everyone’s on the same page.
Call the show live
Hit Go Live and drive the show cue by cue with the spacebar. Shared countdowns, an On-Air state and live drift land on every screen in real time — control room, stage and crew all in sync.
AI
AI does the tedious planning
The Wireless Mics planner reads your rundown, works out who speaks where, and rigs your headsets and handhelds for the whole day — keeping the host on one mic and planning the fewest possible swaps. You review every suggestion; AI just removes the busywork.

Built for crews, not procurement departments.
Run-of-show software shouldn’t cost more than the catering. No “book a demo”, no four-figure annual lock-in, no surprise per-seat invoices — start free, upgrade when your crew grows, and viewers are always free.
Simple, fair pricing
A seat is anyone who edits or runs a show. Viewers are always free and unlimited.
No “contact sales.” No annual handcuffs. Just a rundown that works — and a price you can say out loud.
Paid plans are opening soon — start free today, and try Pro free for 24 hours.
Questions
Do my collaborators need an account?
Only editors who sign in do. Viewers can use a read-only PIN or public link with no account — and guests can even edit via a public link without signing up.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free covers small shows with up to 3 rundowns and unlimited viewers. You can also try Pro free for 24 hours, once per account.
How does pricing work?
Plans are per team. Pro is a per-seat subscription with volume discounts and a monthly cap; an Event Pass is a one-time purchase giving 14 days of full Pro for a single production.
Who handles payments and tax?
Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record — they collect and remit VAT/sales tax globally, and card data never touches StandbyCue.
What about my data?
You can export everything you hold and request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors list.
